Karangia Hill, from where the Kuru Hills can be seen
The Kuru Hills rise along Sierra Leone's northern border with Guinea, close to Outamba-Kilimi National Park.
The best-known way to see them is the two-hour Karangia Hill hike, done early in the morning for sunrise. From the top you look out over the rainforest, Mount Outamba and the Kuru Hills.
