Chief Mani Sundu's Grave

Chief Mani Sundu (1902-1984) is buried at Sundu Bar junction in Koidu City, Kono District. The Monuments and Relics Commission placed a plaque over his remains in recognition of his philanthropy.
The Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs unveiled the plaque on 19 January 2018, marking the grave's official recognition as a national historic heritage site.
